BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin beef, cut in strips
1/4 c. flour
2 sm. onions, cut fine
3 tbsp. fat
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. beef bouillon
1/2 c. sour cream
Noodles

Roll steak in 1/4 cup flour and salt. Pan fry onions in fat for 5 minutes. Add steak and brown evenly, then remove meat and onions from pan. Combine 2 tablespoons flour with drippings in pan, add bouillon, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened. Simmer until meat is done after adding meat. Add sour cream and heat until hot. Serve on hot cooked noodles.
