PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 #2 can pumpkin (2 c.)
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Put in 2 square cake pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Best if let stand for 1 week.
