STRAWBERRY PIE 
Baked pie shell

FILLING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. crushed strawberries
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. strawberries
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar

Blend powdered sugar, cream cheese, Cool Whip and vanilla until creamy. Pour into cold pie shell. Take crushed strawberries, water, cornstarch, sugar and cook 3 minutes. Cool and then add strawberries and pour over pie.
