SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. yellow crooked neck (sliced)
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion (chopped)
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter (melted)

Cook in boiling salted water until tender, drain and cool slightly.

Combine salad dressing, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper and onions. Stir until well combined and add squash, fold in gently. Pour mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Then combine bread crumbs and melted butter together, then sprinkle bread crumbs over squash and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. (Servings 6)
