SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked yellow squash
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Saute onion and green pepper in butter and mix with all other ingredients, except nut and crumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Turn into 2 quart buttered dish and top with crumbs, bake at 350 degrees about 20 to 30 minutes. Top with nuts; return to oven for 5 minutes more.
