BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 pie shell, baked 5 minutes at 400 degrees
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 pt. sour cream
1 can French fried onions
1 (3 1/2 to 4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain well. Bake pie shell 5 minutes. Let cool.

Combine drained broccoli, eggs, sour cream, French fried onions and cheese. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees on cookie sheet for 45 minutes or until firm and browned. Easy.
