CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 chicken breasts, halved
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth (I use broth from cooking chicken)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. grated milk cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream, room temperature
Paprika

Simmer chicken in lightly salted water for 25 minutes or until cooked. Skin and bone chicken. Cook broccoli and drain. Over medium heat, melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring until thickened. Reduce heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese, heating gently until melted. Empty sour cream into medium bowl, gradually add cheese sauce, stirring constantly. Arrange broccoli in 8 portions in baking dish. Top each with half a chicken breast, pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
