CHICKEN AND WILD RICE 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. dry white wine
Chopped onion and celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice

Prepare rice. Cook onion and celery in the butter. Stir in soup, sour cream and wine. Add rice and chicken. Put in greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. Uncover for last 10 minutes.
