BEAN BURRITOS 
2 (16 oz.) can Van Camp's pork and beans
1 tbsp. Mexican seasoning
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 flour tortillas
1 (10-12 oz.) jar taco sauce
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Black olive slices (optional)

Combine first 2 ingredients; set aside. Spoon heaping 1/2 cup bean mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each tortilla. Roll up tortilla to enclose filling. Place seam side down in 11 x 7 inch microwaveable dish. Pour taco sauce evenly over burritos. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Loosely cover dish. Microwave on high 10-12 minutes or until heated through. If desired, garnish with lettuce, tomato, and black olives. 6 burritos.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
