1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix well. Spread mixture in bottom and halfway up side of greased 10-inch deep dish pie plate.

Layer in order:

1 lb. browned, drained ground beef
1 c. thick salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and chopped onion. Serves 4.
