1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 avocado

Lightly grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inch). Mix Bisquick, water, and beans; spread in pie plate. Cook beef and drain, then season with onion, garlic, and chili powder. Layer meat and remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with sour cream, if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
