MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. can chopped chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 bag Doritos
1 pkg. cheddar cheese

Boil chicken with chopped onion. Salt and pepper. Clean and cut chicken into small pieces. Mix soup, milk and chilies together. Put chicken broth in bottom of dish about 1/2 inch.

Layer Doritos, chicken, then soup mixture - twice. Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, then add cheese on top for 15 more minutes.
