HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. sweet bell peppers, ground
1/4 c. hot peppers, ground (red & green)
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 sm. bottle Certo

Remove seeds, grind peppers in food processor. Save juice and mix with vinegar and sugar. Bring to a full boil, about 5 minutes then add Certo. Bring to a full rolling boil for about 1 or 2 minutes, then cool about 5 minutes. Skim and pour into glasses and seal with paraffin. IMPORTANT: Wear rubber gloves when handling hot peppers and watch out for your eyes.
