CRUNCHY CHINESE NOODLE BAKE 
1 (13 oz.) can Fry Chic, diced fine (this is a soy product available in health food store & many grocery stores)
2 c. celery, thinly diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or yogurt
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can Chinese noodles
3/4 c. cheese, grated (use part skim milk cheese or soy cheese)

Mix ingredients and place in casserole dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Top with part of cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
