SALMON LOAF | |
2 (16 oz.) cans salmon, flake, remove bones and skin Blend in 2 eggs. Stir in liquid from salmon plus milk to make 1 1/2 cups. 3 cups coarse cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, two teaspoons chopped onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Temperature 350 degrees, for 45 minutes. 8 servings. |
