GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
1 box graham crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Layer graham crackers in a 9"x13" pan. Melt 2 sticks butter, 1 cup sugar, egg, 1/2 cup milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add coconut, nuts, graham cracker crumbs. Pour over graham crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers on top. Cool completely.

ICING:

1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients for icing together with mixer. Pour on top of cooled graham crackers. Cut into squares. Bars should be kept refrigerated.
