GLAZE FOR ROAST TURKEY 
1 c. cranberry sauce
2 tsp. orange rind
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. water

Blend all ingredients in pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Spoon glaze over roasted turkey the last 15 minutes of cooking.
