SHRIMP AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread
1 lb. cooked shrimp (ready to eat)
1/2 lb. Olde English cheese (usually comes sliced)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt to taste
3 eggs, beaten
1 pt. whole milk

Grease casserole dish. Break bread into quarter-size pieces and cheese into bite-size pieces. Arrange bread, cheese and shrimp in several layers in dish. Pour melted butter over the mixture.

In separate bowl, beat eggs and add mustard, salt and milk. Mix well and pour over casserole. Cover and let stand a minimum of 3 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serves 4-6.
