TURTLE FUDGE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 bag caramels
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 stick butter
1 sm. (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix cake as directed on box. Spread 1/2 cake mix in a greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

Combine caramels, milk and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until caramels are melted. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with chips. Spread remaining batter on top and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
