SHISHKEBAB 
3-4 lbs. top of rib, cubed
1 c. red wine (cooking)
1 c. wine vinegar
2 c. water (enough to cover meat with vinegar and wine)
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
3 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. herb seasoning
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Accent

Marinate the above ingredients for at least 24 hours. Put meat in a roasting pan and broil meat 1/2 hour in juice. At 350 degree heat in oven, cover and bake about 1 1/2 hours. In the last 1/2 hour of cooking, add: Fresh mushrooms Green peppers Tomatoes

Serves 4-6.
