HOLIDAY YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix

Beat 2 minutes. Knead until smooth; roll to 10 inch square. Spread with butter; sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and candied fruit. Roll up tightly. Make slits at 1 inch intervals. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
