COUNTRY CHILI 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef (I use deer ground meat)
1 large onion, diced
1 medium bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
3 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans chili (no beans)

Brown sausage, ground beef, onion and bell pepper; drain off excess grease. Transfer mixture to large soup kettle. Add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in diced tomatoes and chili. Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
