SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
10 white rose
4 1/2 lbs. potatoes
1 lg. carton cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 lg. carton sour cream
6 green onions (just tops)
2 c. grated Tillamook cheese

Pare and cube in 1/2 squares potatoes and boil in salted water until just tender - do not overcook. Drain thoroughly. Add butter (1/2 cube), salt and pepper, and season salt. Cool slightly. Carefully toss with onions, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Put in baking dish and top with grated cheese and paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees just before serving.
