FIRE OAKS STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. rice
1 c. water
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 lb. hamburger

Cut off top and seed green peppers. Parboil 5 minutes. Brown and drain hamburger and onion. Season to taste.

Add Cheez Whiz to hamburger mixture. Bring water to a boil. Add rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add to hamburger mixture.

Stuff into peppers; place in large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
