PUMPKIN LOG 
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Grease 10x15 inch cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Mix together first 6 ingredients. Pour into cookie sheet sprinkled with nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out onto kitchen towel which has been sprinkled with granulated sugar. Remove wax paper and roll up in towel to cool.

Mix filling ingredients together with beater until smooth. Spread on cake after you unroll, then re-roll and refrigerate. Can be frozen.
