PAT'S BREAD 
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
1 cube butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
6 to 7 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Cream butter, Crisco, sugar and salt. Add yeast and eggs. Then add 1 cup hot water and 1 cup cold water. Add flour. Knead. Let rise in refrigerator overnight or in a warm place. Punch down. Rise again. Shape and bake at 350°F in oven 30 minutes.
