RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
3 eggs, slightly beaten 2 2/3 tbsp. milk 2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 4 c. rhubarb, cut up 1 tbsp. butter Add milk to eggs; then mix together sugar, flour, nutmeg and add to milk and eggs. Add rhubarb. Spread butter in bottom of pan. Cover with lattice top. Bake until nicely browned, approximately 50-60 minutes, at 400 degrees. |
