RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
Pie shell

Beat 3 eggs and add 1 1/3 cups sugar, 1 rounded tablespoon flour, 1/2 cup cream. Mix and put over 4 cups of cut up rhubarb. Put in pie shell. Bake until done (about an hour) at 350 degrees.

PIE CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. cold water

Cut shortening into flour and salt until in small pieces. Add water a little at a time. Do not use too much water.
