SWEET AND SOUR PORK OVER RICE 
1 pkg. pork steaks or 1 pkg. stir-fry pork
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. mandarin sweet and sour mix (Dynasty)
1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1/3 c. distilled white vinegar
1-2 carrots, sliced
2 tbsp. catsup
1 onion, chunked and separated
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. cooked white rice
1/3 c. water

Add oil to skillet, stir-fry pork (cubes or strips, fat and bone removed) 3 minutes on high. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes more. Add carrot, onion and green pepper, stir-fry 1 minute. Add pineapple and seasoning mixture (prepared ahead); reduce heat and cover, simmer 3 minutes or until tender. Spoon over rice. Serves 4.

Drained pineapple juice
Seasoning mix
Sugar
Vinegar
Catsup
Soy sauce
1/3 c. water
