BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 pt. salad oil
2 cloves garlic
1 1/4 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/4 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
4 oz. vinegar
4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 lb. Blue cheese

Crush garlic and soak overnight in vinegar. Crumble Blue cheese and mix all ingredients well adding oil last. Pour into jars and store in refrigerator. Makes approximately 4 pints.
