PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pinto beans, cooked & mashed
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Makes a rich tasting pie. Tastes like pecan.
