POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 potatoes, cooked with jackets on
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
6-8 green onions
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted

Peel potatoes; slice or dice. Combine all except butter in a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over top for decoration.
