1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. oil

Sift dry ingredients into ungreased 8 inch square cake pan. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. Pour each liquid into a hole. Pour 1 cup cold water over all ingredients and stir with a fork until evenly blended. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
