PEACH CRUMBLE | |
4 c. canned cling peach slices, drained 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter Arrange peach slices in bottom of buttered 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over the peaches. Pour measured flour into bowl, add sugar and salt to flour. Stir well to blend. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mix resembles coarse meal. Spoon crumb mixture evenly over peach slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream. |
