MAINE BLUEBERRY STREUSEL 
STREUSEL:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. baking powder

CAKE:

6 tsp. soft butter
1 egg
2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix all streusel ingredients in Cuisinart, except butter. Pulse in butter.

CAKE: Cream soft butter and add sugar slowly. When light, add eggs, sift flour with baking powder and cornstarch with butter, a little at a time. When mixed, (1/2 done), add 1/2 cup milk. Mix until blended. Add blueberries by hand. Put in greased 8 or 9 inch pan. Cover with streusel. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes until finished. Serve warm.
