BLUEBERRY STREUSEL 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted, cooled
3/4 c. blueberries

Sift dry ingredients. Beat egg, add milk and cooled butter and barely mix. Fold in berries. Pour into an 8 inch square pan. Spread topping on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves nine.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 d. dry crushed bread, crumbs or cereal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts

Mix and put on lower part.
