MARZETH 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese (cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
1 lb. noodles

Brown ground beef and green pepper, celery and onions. Add soups and water. Add cheese to above mixture and let it melt. Cook noodles according to package directions and add to above mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
