KAREN LOTT'S PINEAPPLE/CREAM
CHEESE DIP
 
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

In saucepan, combine pineapple and sugar and bring to boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Chill. Serve with Club crackers.
