CHICKEN TIKKA 
1 whole chicken
2 tomatoes
2 onions, medium
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Few pieces of ginger
4 tbsp. cooking oil

First cut chicken in small pieces. Put chicken, garlic, and tomatoes in pot. After five minutes add salt, paprika and cooking oil. Let it cook 20 minutes. In the meantime, chop onion and ginger; add in the pot and cover. Cook until oil comes out.

Serve with salad and pita bread.
