PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BISCUITS | |
10 oz. can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits 10 tbsp. peanut butter 8 - 10 tbsp. preserves, any flavor you like GLAZE: 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 - 2 tsp. milk Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; separate each biscuit into two layers. Spoon 1 tablespoon peanut butter on center of half of biscuit pieces. Top with remaining biscuit pieces; pinch edges to seal. Place biscuits in ungreased 9" round cake pan or 8" square cake pan. With thumb, make imprint in center of each roll, fill with about 1 tablespoon preserves. Bake at 375 degrees for 23 - 28 minutes or until golden brown. In small bowl, combine glaze ingredients and blend until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls. |
