PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
3 c. bread flour
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. jelly, any flavor (when adding jelly omit brown sugar and add 2 tbsp. sugar)

(If on diet use Sweet 'N Low). Mix all ingredients together and knead for approximately 15 minutes. Put into large bowl and cover with towel, set in warm spot to rise for 60 minutes. Knead again, put back in bowl, cover and let rise for second time 1 hour 15 minutes. Divide into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool on racks. Serve plain or with jam or jelly.
