1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
3 eggs

Mix cake mix, butter and one egg together until crumbly. Place in 13 1/2" x 9" pan, pat down. Cream cheese, sugar and the other 3 eggs together. Mix with mixer and pour over cake mix in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut in squares. Grease pan lightly with Pam.
