MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels; trim ends. Combine dressing, pimento and parsley in a large, zip-top, heavy duty bag. Add mushrooms, tossing gently to coat with dressing. Chill 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Yield 16 servings.
