MARINATED CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots, cooked and sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp. mustard powder

Put vegetables in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in pan and bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables. Serve hot or cold.
