BROCCOLI - BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can drained green beans
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
Salt & pepper

Cook and drain broccoli and arrange half in a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with the green beans. Mix soup, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 of the sauce mixture over vegetables. Add remaining broccoli; then rest of sauce. Top with crushed cheese crackers or buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10. Freezes well.
