CHEESE SALMON BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
4 oz. (2 c.) med. noodles
1/2 lb. (2 c.) shredded sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 c. milk
1 lb. can salmon, undrained

Grease 1 quart casserole. In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour. Stir in milk slowly. Cook until smooth. To undrained salmon, add uncooked noodles, cheese, salt, and pepper and sauce. Combine thoroughly. Pour into casserole. Bake 30 minutes or until well set. Serves 4.
