SIMPLE SALMON BAKE 
1 can salmon
Bread crumbs
Onion salt
Lemon juice
Milk

In a greased casserole dish, make one layer (1/2 can) of crumbled, boned salmon, then one layer bread crumbs. Sprinkle with onion salt and a little lemon juice. Repeat the whole salmon-bread crumb-onion-lemon process. Pour in enough milk to reach top of ingredients. Dot with butter. Bake at about 425 degrees; covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 20 minutes more.
