1 lb. beef stew meat
5 med. chopped potatoes
4 chopped carrots
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. Dale Sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients together. Add 4 cups water. Bring to boil. Then simmer for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
