Have ready in advance:

1 lb. Hershey bars with almonds
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

In a large pan mix:

1 stick butter
1 lg. can milk
Pinch of salt

Boil over low heat until it forms a soft ball and add marshmallows, Hershey bar, chocolate chips, vanilla and pecans and stir fast.

Grease a 10" cake pan and place a sheet of wax paper on the bottom. Pour mix into pan.
