EASY FRIED SOUP 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, peeled & diced
8 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 qt. or 32 oz. can of tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar (optional)

In large skillet combine meat, bell pepper, onion, potatoes, salt, black pepper and garlic. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender. Add tomatoes and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until desired texture. Add sugar for the sweet taste. Serves approximately 6 to 8 servings.
